No motivation
January 24, 2018
Job satisfaction is the most important factor which directly affects the performance of an employee at a workplace. In our country, the imminent majority of employees are less motivated. This can be because of many factors, including low salary package, long working hours and no career growth. Many people fail to find the motivation to work because they do not like their work.
The rate of unemployment is high in our country, while the number of available jobs is limited. A majority of people take jobs which are not related to their field of study. This is why they end up having a bad time at work. We can work in an efficient manner, if we love what we do. We need to find a job where we can utilise our skills.
