13 officials reshuffled in KP
PESHAWAR: The provincial government has ordered the posting and transfers of 13 officers including special secretary of the Home and Tribal Affairs Department and initiated disciplinary action against an additional deputy commissioner and additional assistant commissioner for dereliction of duties in disposing of revenue cases.
According to the notification, Muhammad Imtiaz Ayub (PCS SG BS-19), who was posted in National Institute of Management, Peshawar, was transferred and posted as special secretary, Home and Tribal Areas Department, in his own pay and scale, against the vacant post. Imad Ali (PMS BS-19), additional secretary Communication and Works (C&W), was transferred and posted as additional secretary, Home and Tribal Areas Department.
Muhammad Ayaz (PAS BS-19), additional secretary Home and Tribal Areas Department, was directed to report to the Establishment Department. Tayyab Khan (PAS&AS BS-19) on his arrival from the federal government, was repatriated to the Establishment Division in Islamabad. Khan Muhammad (PMS BS-18) DO (F&P), Dir Upper, was transferred and posted as additional deputy commissioner, Charsadda.
The services of Shahid Ali Karim, director, SDU P&D, were placed at the disposal of (OMG BS-18) LG&RD Department for further posting in the Peshawar Development Authority (PDA), on deputation basis.
Muhammad Humayun (PMS BS-18), deputy secretary, Zakat, Ushr and Social Welfare Department, was transferred and posted as additional secretary, C&W Department, in his own pay and scale.
Noor Ali Khan, (pleader BS-18), litigation officer, Health Department, was directed to report to his parent department. Adnan Ibrar (PMS BS-17), Additional Assistant Commissioner (Rev), Charsadda, was directed to report to Establishment Department.
Haider Hussain (PMS BS-17), section officer, Inter-Provincial Coordination (IPC) Department, was transferred and posted as assistant political agent (APA), Upper Orakzai, Orakzai Agency. Arshad Jamil (PMS BS-17), APA, Upper Orakzai, Orakzai Agency, was transferred and posted as APA, Central Kurram, Kurram Agency, against the vacant post.
Meanwhile, the Establishment Department on the basis of the report submitted to the chief secretary about the inspection revenue work with respect to the revenue guidelines implementation made Ijaz-ur-Rehman (PMS BS-18), additional deputy commissioner, Charsadda and Yousaf Ali (PMS BS-17), additional assistant commissioner-II (Tangi), Charsadda, as officers on special duty (OSDs). The department sought initiation of disciplinary proceedings against them under the E&D Rules, 2011.
