ISLAMABAD: PTI Chairman Imran Khan Tuesday warned that the more government delayed making public who was behind the attempt to amend the Khatam-e-Nabuwwat clause in the Constitution the more it would get into trouble.
Speaking at the Khatam-e-Nabuwwat Conference here at Golra Sharif, he insisted that the nation would keep demanding an answer to the question who, why and what was the reason for the rulers to amend the clause, which was made part of the 1974 Constitution after a debate in Parliament for 23 days. He emphasised that the clause was not introduced by Ulema or mashaikh but Parliament.
