JHANG: Scores of villagers on Tuesday staged demonstration against Mochiwala police for not registering a murder case. They gathered at Gojra Morr and blocked the traffic for several hours. Zahoor Ahmed and Noor Ahmed of Chak-181 Khichianawla, said their brother Hafiz Abdul Ghafoor visited the nearby Chak-183 Baloana to attend a ceremony on Monday night. They alleged that the host family members had killed their brother because of an old revenge and tried to give the murder a colour of accidental or natural death. Police were not registering the case, they alleged.
