TOBA TEK SINGH: A team of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Wednesday night raided Pirmahal Chak 674/15/GB and arrested an accused who was involved in sending people abroad illegally.
The FIA arrested Mudassar Hussain under section 17/22 of EO. He was arrested on charges of extorting money from people on the pretext of sending them abroad through unfair means.
TRUCK HELPER KILLED: A truck helper was crushed to death when he was checking wheels of the truck on Thursday on Toba-Shorkot Cantonment road.
According to Chuttiana police, Zameer Hussain, of Muzaffargarh, was checking tyres of the truck but he slipped and was crushed under the tyres of the truck and died instantly.
