Entries invited for 3rd Amir Ahmad Siddiqui Media Awards

PESHAWAR: Entries have been invited for the Third Amir Ahmad Siddiqui Media Awards for 2017.

The decision was taken by the judges committee of the awards which met here under the chairmanship of senior journalist Rahimullah Yusufzai.

Other members of the committee are senior journalists Ismail Khan and Abdullah Jan, Faizullah Jan, Chairman of Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, University of Peshawar, and Aurat Foundation Resident Director Shabina Ayaz.

The entries for the awards could be sent by January 31. The awards would be given in various categories for the stories published in the print media and packages telecast or broadcast during the period January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.
