PTI reacts to statement of Gulalai, asks ECP to take notice
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry on Monday reacted to the statement by party MNA Ayesha Gulalai to launch her own party and said that the Election Commission of Pakistan should now take notice of all this.
In his reaction to the development, Fawad said, “well, what more I can say while whole country can judge Gula-lie has defected but CEC insists that she is part of PTI. Then we are asked to trust EC”.
He wondered after these announcements by Ayesha to first leave the party and now to announce launching her own party, what more proofs needs the Election Commission to take action against her.
PTI spokesman criticised the advertisements, showing images of ex-PM Nawaz Sharif with the Quaid-e-Azam in newspapers and questioned the logic behind promotion of a disqualified and dishonest person at the cost of tax-payers money.
