LAHORE: The Punjab government on Friday approved five development schemes of different sectors including two 60 beds hospitals at an estimated cost of Rs1.677 billion. The approved schemes included; establishment of 60 beds hospital at Sabzazar Scheme, Lahore at the cost of Rs526.953 million, up-gradation of RHC Kahna Nau as tehsil level 60 beds hospital at the cost of Rs557.033 million, automation of stamp papers (e-stamping) (revised) at the cost of Rs482.696 million, provision of sewerage and tuff tiles in various union councils at Gujrat city (PP-111) at the cost of Rs90 million and third party validation (TPV) of C.M special development package at the cost of Rs20.381 million. Secretary P&D Iftikhar Ali Sahoo, all members of the Planning & Development Board, provincial secretaries concerned, P&D coordination-II assistant chief Hafiz Muhammad Iqbal and other representatives of the departments concerned attended the meeting.
