Sarfraz praises PDCA for serving disabled cricketers

KARACHI: Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmad lauded the Pakistan Disabled Cricket Association (PDCA) for their services to players with disabilities.
He attended the World Disabled Day celebration at the Rashid Latif Cricket Academy Ground as chief guest on Saturday.
Sarfraz acknowledged that Pakistan was the first to establish its national disabled cricket team and other countries followed the example.
“It is an honour for Pakistan to have pioneered the promotion of cricket among cricketers with disabilities,” he said.
Meanwhile, a festival T20 match was played on the occasion, PDCA President XI defeated PDCA Patron XI by 31 runs.
