Peshawar-to-Islamabad Motorway opened for traffic

Islamabad: The Motorway M1 from Peshawar to Islamabad is open for traffic but due to heavy traffic the HTV and PSV vehicles are being diverted from Tarnol Interchange. However, the M2, M3 and M4 motorways are closed for traffic. Meanwhile, on N5 highway Lawrencepur, Kamra, Taxila, Sohan, T chowk, Gujar Khan, Sohawa, Jin da Qila, Muridke, Kamoke, Ravi Rayan, Maraka, Mohlanwal, Yakawail, Lohar Wala and Chichawatni Zarai bypass are also closed for traffic. The Motorway police has requested the people to avoid unnecessary traveling and also advised to contact helpline 130 if any emergency occurs.
