‘Nation united to fight terrorism’

Punjab Chief Secretary Khizar Hayat Gondal has said the nation is fully committed to fighting terrorism and nefarious designs of terrorists will be foiled.
He stated this during his visit to Ganga Ram Hospital to inquire after the injured in bomb blast outside Police Lines on Tuesday.
The chief secretary said the injured people were being provided best medical treatment in hospitals. He said the attackers could not hit the target due to better security arrangements. He said: “We equally share the grief and sorrow of the families of people who were martyred in the bomb blast”. Khizar Gondal ordered beefing up security in the province during a meeting of Cabinet Committee for law and order held on the directives of the CM.
