PTCL to set up incubation centre

KARACHI: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) signed an agreement with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board to establish a modern incubation centre and software technology park in Peshawar, a statement said on Wednesday.
Under the agreement, PTCL will be extending cloud services and surveillance solutions to companies in the incubation centre and in the park. It will also provide mentorship to tech startups, enrolled in the incubation centre.
“The initiatives will help transform key sectors such as health and education,” Adil Rashid, chief digital services officer at PTCL said.
