Breast cancer awareness drive launched

PESHAWAR: An awareness campaign was launched against Breast Cancer at Sarhad University of Science and Information Technology (SUIT) to create awareness among female students of the university.
Speaking on the occasion, Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Dr Saleem-ur-Rehman said that breast cancer disease was increased day by day due to unawareness among females. He said that every disease has proper cure and should not take easily.
Breast Cancer Expert, Dr Irnum said that the disease was being spread due to the culture of our society adding that the patients feel shame to discuss the disease with doctors.
