Education needs help

November 18, 2017
In order to tackle the increasing cheating culture which has been tarnishing the future of young bright students since decades, the education department ought to revise syllabus and introduce a semester system in schools and colleges. The course should be divided into three to four sections and quarterly exams should be conducted to assess the progress of a student. By the end of each quarter, students will be given a few topics to study. In this way those students who have genuinely studied will be able to secure good grades. This will also create the habit of reading course books among students.
Pakistan is already suffering from a low literacy rate. Growing illiteracy in the country is often linked with economic recession and rise of terrorism. To overcome this serious issue, proper education reforms should be introduced to improve the country’s state of education.
