WASHINGTON: Condemning the killing of three Muslims in North Carolina as brutal and outrageous, US President Barack Obama on Friday said the Federal Bureau of Investigation has begun a probe into the murders. “No one in the United States of America should ever be targeted because of who they are, what they look like, or how they worship,” he said in a statement, while condoling the loss of Yusor Mohammad Abu-Salha, Deah Shaddy Barakat, and Razan Mohammad Abu-Salha in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Obama noted that the FBI opened an inquiry into the brutal and outrageous murders. “Michelle and I offer our condolences to the victims’ loved ones.”
