Punjab Home Minister Shuja Khanzada has said after promulgation of five ordinances in the first phase of National Action Plan, their strict implementation is being ensured.
Talking to the media on Sunday, the minister said the formation of military courts was being given a final shape and they would start functioning by the end of the current month. He stated that the first phase of National Action Plan was continuing while in the second phase, cases of the elements directly or indirectly involved in terrorist activities, whose lists have been compiled after thorough scrutiny, would be sent to the military courts.
Khanzada said that as a result of implementation of National Action Plan and promulgation of the ordinances, action would be taken against the terrorists hiding from justice due to political interference or other reasons.
