BAHAWALPUR: Seven members of a cheating racket were held red-handed extending illegal help to candidates appearing in the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) exams on Monday.

The mastermind belongs to police department identified as sub-inspector Saif Ullah Malhi of district Rahim Yar Khan, who was running the racket under the name of 'Muhammad Hussain Academy' in Sadiqabad for last four years.
