Trump’s statement not to affect country’s economy: Khawaja Asif
SIALKOT: Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has said the recent statement of US President Donald Trump will not affect the economic condition of the country as Pakistan is already not receiving any US aid for the last one year.
He said this while talking to the media on the Paris Road here on Sunday. Punjab Minster for Local Bodies Mansha Butt, MPA Ch Muhammad Ikram and others were also present. Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif said Pakistan was ready to deal with the situation emerging after the policy statement from President Trump.
He said a National Assembly session was expected to be held on August 29 to view the policy statement from the US president. Later, the federal minister held an open court and listened to the problems of the masses and issued necessary orders on the spot.
