‘PPP to fight against rigging attempt’

LAHORE: Faisal Mir, the PPP candidate from NA-120, has said the party will combat “any move to rig the polls by PML-N.” Addressing a corner meeting in connection with the by-poll campaign, Faisal Mir said that the PML-N had always used the state machinery to rig elections. He said that it had been a strategy of the PML-N to use state resources, funds to influence the poll process but the PPP would counter any move meant to rig the election in the NA-120.
