Since there are no medical colleges in villages, many students move to urban areas to complete their education. Once they have completed their studies, a majority of them would prefer staying in cities. This is why many hospitals in rural areas are facing the problem of the shortage of the staff. Although some privately-run hospitals have been established in villages across the country, villagers cannot afford the high fee charged by them. The government must pay attention to this serious problem.
