IHC decision on PTI’s petition to stop Nawaz’s rally today

ISLAMABAD: Justice Aamer Farooq of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) here Tuesday reserved judgment in a petition of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) lawyer Usman Saeed Basra, seeking from the court to stop the PML-N from taking out a rally on the GT Road on August 9 that according to the petitioner is an effort to undermine the authority of the Supreme Court and pressurise accountability courts. The IHC bench will announce its decision in this matter today (Wednesday).
