Nine held by Rangers

Nine suspects were arrested by the Sindh Rangers on Friday. A spokesman said Abid Shah and Fahad Ahmed were arrested in raids in the Saeedabad and Darakhshan areas. Abid was associated with MQM-London and involved in 40 target killings, while Fahad was with MQM-Pakistan and involved in extortion and land grabbing.
In Gulshan, Mushtaq Bhutto, who was involved in a number of land grabbing cases, was arrested. The Rangers also arrested five criminals in Saeedabad, identified as Jawed, Rajab Ali, Umair Ali, Raza and Nasir. Also in Saeedabad, the Rangers arrested a man, Arshad, who was snatching a motorcycle from a citizen.
