Merit-based scholarship
The master’s degree examination is one of the toughest exams in the academic career of a student. Pass this exam with good marks is a big achievement for students. However, the student who achieves the highest marks in this examination needs the encouragement of not only his friends and teacher, but of the authorities as well. It is unfortunate that in our country such achievements go unnoticed.
Good comments of a few friends and relatives are nothing to build the confidence of a student, and not enough to transfer his dreams to reality. The encouragement of the government acts a driving force for a large number of students. It could be in the shape of scholarship or cash prize. Unfortunately, the government and institutions are silent in this regard and no encouragement is given to the hard working students of this country.
