Islamabad: Pakistan stock photography website www. talkingclicks.com announced that it will receive pictures for its 2nd episode of Live-World photography contest till July 20.

Following the receipt date, voting process will begin that will last till the end of this month.  It will be another series of exciting & live international photography competitions. The website has already starting receiving photographs that reflect worldwide interest in the competition. The topic of the contest is capturing the landscapes or landmarks.

According to the announcement, it is the follow-up of successful first-ever live competitions previously held early in April. 2017. The contest is divided into two separate categories; Public and Professional. It provides a rare opportunity to Pakistani photographs to showcase their work.

According to the Website’s Chief Executive Saqib Rizvi, entry in the competitions is free of cost. It is the first time that the Pakistani stock-photographic network has announced Live competitions so that the professional and upcoming photographers could get due recognition of their hard work. This is also for their encouragement and introducing them at the international level.   

The first competition is for the upcoming and immature photographers whose work will be evaluated and judged through online voting. While second competition has been designed for professional photographers, their worth will be evaluated by a panel of judges for awarding cash prizes that is around US dollar 300.

Result will be updated at the website as and when the judges decide the winners after going through image of each picture.  Saqib Rizvi assured that transparency will be maintained in the whole process to adjudge best photographers. The competitors will be required to showcase their photograph on the website before the scheduled date.

Such an initiative gives opportunity to photographic community to demonstrate their talents as well as to promote Pakistan’s good image abroad.
