PML-N Women Wing vows to resist conspiracy against PM
PESHAWAR: The Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Women Wing leaders and workers on Sunday vowed to resist any conspiracy against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
They arranged Quran Khwani at the office of the party provincial president and Member National Assembly Tahira Bukhari and prayed for prosperity of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif who is also the party chief.
Later, the women activists led by provincial president Tahira Bukhari, general secretary Raheela Sohail and information secretary Farah Khan held a rally to express solidarity with the party high command and the Sharif family.
They chanted slogans against the Joint Investigation Team report and termed the document controversial. They renewed the resolve to firmly stand by prime minister. The PML-N women workers said they would not hesitate to render any sacrifice for the party cause and resist any conspiracy against the elected prime minister.
They said the prime minister had put the country on path to progress and prosperity. The speakers said the PML-N opponents could not digest the development projects executed and launched by the prime minister. They reposed confidence in the leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and reiterated the resolve to stand by him at every moment.
