Girl abducted in Hafizabad

HAFIZABAD: A 20-year-old girl was abducted at Chak 1, Zakheera, on Sunday.
Kalsoom Tahir reported to Pindi Bhattian Sadr police that her daughter Nazia Batool was alone in the home when Iftikhar and Ramzan along with a woman entered and allegedly abducted her. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
Demo against butchers: A large number of people staged a demonstration against butchers for overcharging at Kolo Tarar on Sunday.
The protesters led by PTI leader Nasir Maikan chanted slogans against the butchers. They alleged that the butchers were selling beef for Rs 400/kg instead of Rs 270/kg.
