CDA bans entry of irrelevant, unauthorised persons in Law Directorate

The management of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued orders to ban entry of irrelevant persons in Law Directorate after observing that certain un-authorised and unidentified people including litigants involved in litigation with CDA had been visiting various offices within Law Directorate.
"This trend could result in serious breach of official secrecy and discipline and in some cases missing of files," the CDA spokesman said.
Member Administration, CDA, Muhammad Yasir Peerzada has said that the present administration is in process of re-energising and reinvigorating the Law Directorate. Law Directorate is vital organs of the authority. Performance of Law Directorate has direct impact on overall performance of the authority. Vibrant Law Directorate therefore is essential for vibrant CDA.
To ensure ban on entry of irrelevant persons in Law Directorate, Faheem Badshah, Director Security, CDA has been appointed as supervisory officer to nail down that no unauthorized person is allowed access in Law Directorate and further to report any such violation to the competent authority i.e. Member Administration.
Director Security has been directed to visit the concerned offices and submit weekly report to member administration. Accordingly all the sections have been directed not to entertain receive any correspondence except those routed through proper channel.
For strict compliance the orders for ban on entry of irrelevant persons in Law Directorate have been circulated in all directorates of CDA.
Director general law, chief officer of Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI), director security and director law have also been informed about said decision through a circular. The circular has been issued with signature of Director Administration. All Members of CDA Board have also been informed about the said decision.
