LAHORE: Holding the rulers responsible for the prevailing electricity crisis in the country, Pakistan People’s Party central Punjab president Qamar Zaman Kaira has said the PML-N government has failed miserably in fulfilling its promises with the nation.
In a statement issued on Monday, Kaira said that the PPP had taken all possible initiatives to address the energy crisis in the country and the situation would have been far better had the rulers not moved court against PPP.
He said that rather than making tall claims, the PML-N leaders should take practical measures to resolve energy crisis, which had worsened in Ramazan. He added that in the rural areas, hours long outages were continued.
