Chehlum observed

PESHAWAR: The families of three schoolchildren martyred in the terrorist attack on the Army Public School and Children observed their chehlum here Saturday on completion of 40 days after the tragedy.
The chehlum of Tahira Qazi, the principal of the school, was also observed on Saturday. Family members, relatives and friends gathered at the residences of the deceased and prayed for the departed souls.
However, no government official or politician attended any of these chehlum.
Most families of the martyred schoolchildren, teachers and other school employees would observe the chehlum on Sunday.
