In Pakistan, around 16.096 million of people are living without access to clean water. According to an estimate, diseases like diarrhoea caused by unsafe water are the main reason for the premature death of around 200,000 children every year.
Shockingly, 89 percent of the country’s population is forced to drink contaminated water. This issue must be dealt with immediately. The government should take practical measures for the smooth provision of clean drinking water to citizens.
