Ganjera also briefed the representatives of the concerned national sports federation regarding proposed strength of the technical officials for their respective disciplines to be contested in the Games. After detailed discussion and deliberation, the strength of technical officials was finalised according to their requirements.

It was decided that the accommodation to the technical officials will be provided either in Pakistan Sports Complex or in any hotel.

“The respective federation should nominate a focal person and his name should be intimated to the PSB by April 24”, the Board said.

“The technical officials should report the PSB three days before the commencement of the Games. The technical officials should also participate in the march-past at the opening ceremony,” it said.

The Board further said that all the concerned national federations were required to discuss and decide their respective venues in consultation with the PSB’s Deputy Director General (facilities) at the earliest possible so that other arrangements could be made in time.

The tabulation committee has already been constituted and its office will be established at the Jinnah Sports Complex Islamabad.

All the technical officials of the respective federations would provide the results on priority basis to the said committee for recording and announcement.
