German coaches to train KU FC players
KARACHI: German football coaches will on Saturday (today) start imparting training to the young lot of Karachi United FC for a few days at the club’s venue at Clifton.
The coaches, who arrived in the port city last Thursday night, are Geddes Geb Toma (female coach), Leheune Sebastian (senior coach FC Union Berlin), Rathenow Oliver (FC Union Berlin), and Andrew Geddes, who is founding director of Eurasia.
FC Union Berlin is the top club of the second division football in Germany. In the morning they will train the kids of Karachi United.
In the evening they will have a session at the Bahria College, a source close to the development told this correspondent.
A formal opening of the training camp has also been planned on Saturday. Recently a school invited Brazilian coach Romildo Sanches who not only trained the kids of the institution but also trained the kids of Lyari.
