The Lahore Development Authority has warned such allottees and owners of plots, whose plots were situated on clear area of LDA Avenue One but they had not so for paid the outstanding dues, for depositing remaining price of their plots without further delay.
The LDA has cautioned them that proceedings for cancellation of their allotment will be initiated vide term No. XI of the allotment letter, in case they failed to deposit these amounts. It is to be mentioned that LDA had fixed 31 December 2014 as last date for depositing remaining amount of the price of plot for defaulter allottees/owners.
Auction: Open auction of 30 commercial and residential plots of Lahore Development Authority will be held today (Thursday) at LDA Community Centre, New Muslim Town, Lahore.
A press release issued here Wednesday said these plots are situated in LDA Avenue One Main Raiwind Road, Sabzazar, Model Town (Extension Scheme), Mustafa Town, Johar Town and Fruit and Vegetable Market, Allama Iqbal Town.
