closets to keep themselves warm though the daytime temperatures were on the rise earlier.
"Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, including Islamabad and Rawalpindi, during
the next 48 hours" PMD forecasting officer Muhammad Ayaz said on Saturday evening.
The weatherman however forecast rain coupled with thunderstorms and snowfalls over the hills at few places in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Meanwhile, families turned to parks and recreational spots, including Pir Sohawa, Daman-i-Koh, Lake View Park, Fatima Jinnah Park, Shakarparian, Shahdara and Chattar, due to the pleasant weather on Saturday.
