No clean chit to Nawaz in Panama case, claims PTI

DUBAI: President of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Lahore chapter and grandson of Dr Allama Muhammad Iqbal, Walid Iqbal has claimed that the Supreme Court will not give clean chit to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family in Panama case. 

He was addressing in the gathering of PTI Middle East in Dubai. He expressed the hope that the judgment of Panama case would be historical and comprehensive according to law and Constitution of the country.

Replying to a question of The News, Walid Iqbal said that he believed that the Supreme Court would not give verdict in favour of Pakistan Muslim League-N but would endorse the PTI's stance on Panama case.

Newly elected president of Lahore PTI Walid Iqbal explained that PTI was being converted into a successful political party from its movement. He also responded to the question of The News about the corruption charges on KP Speaker Asad Qaiser that his party would not accept any corrupt person. He said that the process of self-accountability was underway in the party.

PTI founding member from Middle East Mian Awais Anjum, former PTI president UAE Mir Hassan and others also addressed the gathering.  Mian Awais Anjum said that all eyes were set on the verdict of Supreme Court bench and his party was ready to celebrate the verdict.
