Motorway police asked to take care of road users

National Highways & Motorway Police IG stressed the officers of motorway police to behave well with the commuters. 

Addressing the police officers Darbar in N-5 Central Zone at Okara and Khanewal, he said every road user must be given equal respect while dealings on motorways and on highways. He warned all the officers that no complaint of misbehaviour or high-handedness would be tolerated in any condition. He stressed the officers to take great care of the road users in distress, as the provision of help, their counseling and guidance to the road users was the hallmark of motorway police.

35 OUTLAWS ARRESTED: Punjab Highway Patrol arrested 35 criminals including 14 court absconders and rendered 1615 helps to commuters. PHP arrested 17 criminals and recovered 213 litres of liquor, 910 grams charas, three pistols, one rifle and bullets from their possession. PHP teams arrested 14 court absconders besides rounding up a man carrying 40kg unhygienic meat. PHP reunited two boys with their parents.
