ISLAMABAD: Former political secretary to late Benazir Bhutto Naheed Khan has requested the SC to set aside the IHC verdict dismissing her petition for registration of the PPP in her name.
Naheed Khan will file a petition today (Monday) with the SC under Article 185(3) of the Constitution through her counsel Iftikhar Gillani for leave to appeal against the verdict of Islamabad High Court (IHC).
A division bench of Islamabad High Court comprising Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb on February 6, 2017, rejected the petition of Naheed Khan.
