Say no to drugs

It is a bitter fact that a large number of young people are drug addicts. The painful thing is that the drug mafia is so strong that even after the government’s crackdown on them, it emerges again. There is a long chain of smugglers and dealers who find one way or the other to buy and sell these harmful products across the city. Drug addiction can have serious and long-term consequences. Life threatening diseases like AIDS, cancer, lung failure are also the result of drug abuse. Thousands of families in cities, towns and even rural areas are directly or indirectly affected by it. Drugs don’t only affect a single person, but it destroys families.

We need to tackle the increasing rates of drug abuse. The indifferent attitude of parents should be discouraged. Boys in their teens smoke for fun and no one keeps an eye on them. No one explains that this is a bad habit. They later become a chain smoker. We have to stop drug smuggling as soon as possible. The government needs to take immediate action against the drug mafia.
