While browsing through KP’s departments, I stumbled upon the Directorate of Archives and Libraries and was shocked to find that there are only 11 libraries under the directorate for the entire province. This shows the level of commitment of our governments towards anything good for the people. The provincial government is requested to get off their high horse and try to actually do something while they can. Building a net of libraries across the province may not sound as flashy as dharnas and marches but be assured that only such measures can bring real change. Sardar Muhammad Usman Abbottabad
