The rupee held steady against the dollar in a sluggish trade on Wednesday, dealers said. The rupee gained a single paisa to close at 104.84 against the greenback as compared to Tuesday’s closing of 104.85 in the interbank currency market. In the open market, the rupee was quoted at 108.30 and 108.60.
