A 35-year-old man died of an overdose of drug in Tibbi City on Saturday. Some passersby spotted the body of a man near Taranum Cinema and informed the police. Police claimed that the man, yet to be identified, was a drug addict who had injected himself with some intoxicated substance, resulting into his death.
Security: The CTO Lahore has said the strength of the traffic wardens has been doubled at the entry and exit points of the city to check the suspected vehicles. He said that DSPs would monitor the entry and exit points of the city. He directed the SPs, DSPs, and inspectors to take stern action against cars with black tinted glasses and suspected vehicles.
