17 police stations attached to LGH morgue

LAHORE
Punjab government has attached the Department of Forensic Medicine, Post Graduate Medical Institute, newly constructed at Lahore General Hospital, with 17 police stations of Lahore for postmortem examination of bodies.
The police stations are: Shadman, Gulberg-I, Gulberg-II, Gulberg-III, Defense-A, Defense-B, Defense-C, South Cantt, North Cantt, Ichhra, Mustafaabad, Ghaziabad, Milat Park, Racecourse, Sarwar Road, Ghalib Market and Guldusht Town.
Post Graduate Medical Institute and LGH Principal Prof Ghiyasun Nabi Tayyab, in a statement issued here on Saturday, directed the staff of dead house to perform their responsibilities with care and dedication during the process of postmortem.
