‘PTI has bagged three more seats in MC Burewala’

BUREWALA: PTI Vehari district president Ch Khalid Mahmood has claimed that his party has obtained three more seats in the Municipal Committee Burewala through special seats elections. He was addressing a press conference at the residence of PTI City general secretary Sardar Rashid Azim here on Wednesday. He said that now they had nine councillors in the house and they would play an important role in the selection of chairman and vice-chairman. He said that unity of our councillors and better planning of the party members was behind the success of the PTI. He said that the PTI would stand for its own identity in the house. He said that if the PML-N both factions join hands then we would field our own candidates for the chairman and vice-chairman slots.
