Fesco TRW capacity doubled

FAISALABAD: The capacity of Fesco Transformer Reclamation Workshop (TRW) has been doubled.
The Fesco Board of Directors (BOD) approved Rs 23.6 million to enhance the TRW capacity.
In view of increasing demands of transformers repairing, the Fesco BOD doubled the capacity of the workshop and now the workshop would repair 5,000 transformers till June 2017.
Similarly, the BOD also approved the establishment of Transformer Workshop at Sargodha to repair transformers of Bhakkar, Khushab, and Mianwali.
Fesco Chief Executive Officer Rashid Ahmed Aslam visited the workshop and appreciated the BOD decision.
Superintending Engineer (SE) M&T Bilal Arshad and XEN (TRW) Rao Mubashar Hayat were also present.
