The CSS 2016 examination was held in accordance with the revised syllabus. The examination produced the worst result in history. Only 2.09 percent of the appearing candidates passed the exam. Since 2010, the result has been declining. The number of candidates appearing for the exam is increasing but no positive improvement in results.
The FPSC should investigate the reason behind poor results of this examination.
