Protect the wild
According to the WWF report, the loss of wildlife is accelerating and the rate of extinction can reach up to 68 percent by 2020. The major cause of the vast extinction is said to be climate change. However, other factors which significantly affect wildlife include poaching and the development of cities due to increase in population thus resulting in deforestation. This eventually destroys the natural habitat of wild life.
The country should allocate more funds for the protection of wildlife than the present nominal budget. This has to be done on a priority basis since wildlife in Pakistan is already less than other countries. Also, we have to save deteriorating fresh water population and marine life through latest scientific techniques.
