Over 50,000 people visit Jang Dream Home Expo-2016

Gold keys, bikes, mobile phones distributed among visitors through draw

LAHORE

More than 50,000 people visited second Jang Dream Home Expo-2016, the country’s largest real estate expo, a two-day event which concluded here on Sunday.

MNA Hamza Shahbaz visited the concluding session of the Expo where he gave away five gold keys to successful visitors through balloting. Earlier, five lucky winners were also given golden keys through balloting on the opening day of the Expo.

The second Jang Dream Home Expo-2016 was the continuation of the Expo which was started by the Jang Media Group and expanded it to Abu Dhabi and London too.

After getting overwhelming response from real estate sector as well as from public, Jang Dream Home was held in Islamabad and Karachi too. Following the footprints of the last year expo, this year again Jang Dream Home Expos will be held in Islamabad and Karachi alongside two international Expo one in Abu Dhabi this month and second in London in April 2017.

This year, over 40 real estates, developers and marketing companies participated in Jang Dream Home Expo at Expo Centre, Lahore. These companies ranging from various sub-sectors of the real estate, including furniture and household items established their stalls for information and facilitation of the visitors.

The companies that participated in the expo included Interwood, Star Marketing Private Limited, Fast Marketing, Pakistan Cables, Athar Associates, Grand Square Mall, Haroons, ChenOne, SA Gardens, Hyatt Regency, Inter Safe Energies, Mayo Associates,, Al-Aziz, V-3 Marketing, Chawala Aluminum, ZamaKa Real Estate, Bismillah Housing Centre, the Managers Group, Indigo Developers, Boss Furniture, Value Associates, Model Housing, Lahore Motorway City Homes, I Team and Dominion.

Over 20,000 people visited on the first day of the Expo which increased crossing over 30,000 on last day. The people from all walks of life from different districts of the Punjab thronged the Expo where they got one stop suggestions for their future plans for real estate purchase and home construction.

The participants of the Jang Dream Expo said public response was overwhelming and selection of Expo centre, Lahore for the expo was also excellent in the context of Expo as people reached there easily without any hassle and did not face any parking problem. Due to these facilities, number of footsteps in second Jang Dream Expo was also increased which was an encouraging aspect for the participants, they believed.  

The event was aimed at highlighting the immense potential of the real estate sector in Pakistan.

The participating companies also distributed motorbikes and mobile phones among the visitors though draws. People continued to throng the expo even after the end of the expo hours until late night. They visited stalls to get information and showed interest in buying different items.
