PAKPATTAN: A woman was raped on Monday. Reportedly, accused Muhammad Sharif raped the wife of Haider Ali in fields.
Police have registered a case.
BOOTLEGGERS HELD: Police Monday arrested bootleggers and recovered liquor from their possession.
Police arrested accused Allah Ditta of bridge Pir Sultan and recovered five litre liquor, accused Saleem of Pir Kot, Pakpattan, with five litre liquor, and accused Farooq, of Machlli Chowk, with four litre liquor.
Police have registered cases.
