CADD orders repatriation
Islamabad
The Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) has ordered the repatriation of all those working in its subordinate organisations on deputation.
The development comes in line with the Supreme Court’s orders.
Of late, the court had ordered the sending back of the deputationists from Pak-Secretariat to their parent organisations. Also among such officials were those who got themselves absorbed in the current organisations. The CADD oversees Islamabad’s educational, health and social welfare institutions in the post-devolution regime.
Now, the CADD has issued an order asking its subordinate organisations to immediately repatriate deputationists and report. In light of that order, around 60 employees of the capital’s major health facilities, including PIMS, Polyclinic and NIRM, will go back to their provincial departments. Many of them have been serving in Islamabad for years.
