A Pak Sarzameen Party supporter was gunned down in Orangi Town on Monday night.
With a ban on pillion riding in place, the killers, according to witnesses, were wearing burqas when they carried out the attack.
Kashif Sagheer, 28, was shot dead in Sector-12C of Orangi Town.
Pakistan Bazaar SHO Imtiaz Mir said Sagheer, who worked at a private firm, was sitting outside his house when four men riding two motorcycles, two of them wearing burkas, opened fire on him.
He was taken to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. He had suffered multiple bullet wounds to his chest.
The attackers had used 9mm pistols and eight spent bullet shells were found at the crime scene which were sent to the police’s forensic division.
Police investigators said Sagheer’s elder brother was a PSP activist and the victim was a party supporter.
